Ivan A. Andarza earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 1993.  He received his Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law in 1997.  In 2007, Mr. Andarza was appointed by the Governor of Texas to serve on the Board of the Texas Guaranteed Student Loan Corporation.
